

He made it from black and white to full color, no wonder he's in charge. On top of managing the staff Dave also acts as News Director and writes the weekly newscast.


A dye job got Paul this job. Ever since he has been using his technical and coloring expertise for both the station and the school district. Many high school broadcast journalism students can give credit to this guy for even knowing how to turn the camera on.


Nobody could make a clip-on tie look more professional. Tom does some reporting, anchoring and produces programs that many say deserve to be on cable access. He claims it’s a compliment.


Ladies keep an eye on this one. Mike is multi-talented in filming, interviewing and editing news stories. This Hastings Senior aspires to go to school and someday work in film as a Director. We know Mike will be on his own set someday and are hoping he can sneak us into the credits. “HCTV is the greatest station in the world,” that’s all we’re asking.


Manny is all about sports and we’re glad he’s on our team. His previous team is KCAJ way up in Roseau, MN. Manny spent a full year there as the Sports Director for the local radio station after receiving his Radio Broadcasting degree from Brown College. He now enjoys the much warmer TV gig here in Hastings.


Before the great pumpkin story Matt’s claim to fame is starting the casual jean day as a young lad. Eventually the dress code phenom graduated from Hastings High School and entered St. Cloud State University. Matt later walked away with a degree in Mass Communications and Television Production. Of course he proudly did so wearing what else, jeans.
