Copy Requests
You like it that much do you? We would be happy to make copies of anything broadcasted on HCTV. Here’s what you need to know:
Format -
All orders are made in DVDs (DVD-R to be exact) unless VHS is specified. All DVDs have our custom label with the program’s information and come in a slim jewel case
Cost - Tax included:
If you pick up at the studio (our location) it's $15 / copy
For mail orders it's $20 / copy
Prices subject to change (have to say some legal stuff here)
How to Place an Order -
All orders must be placed either by phone or in person.
Please call our studio at 651/480-8289.
Delivery Options -
Orders may be picked up at the studio or *mailed at a standard rate through USPS. We will call you when the order is complete. *For mail deliveries - we must receive your check prior to shipping your order. Do not send your check until you hear from us confirming your order. Please see above for cost differences of pick-up vs mail.
Methods of Payment -
Make checks payable to: Hastings Cable Access Cash is only acceptable for studio pick ups.
If it is cash, please have the correct amount for payment.
Expected Timeline -
You can expect your order to be complete within 7 days of confirmation of your order. Obviously larger orders may take longer, up to 14 days. We appreciate your patience.
