Jolly green giant sightings! Ok, they weren't so giant but they were jolly and green. HHS Biology Students and volunteers worked on the final planting at the Sand Coulee in Hastings. Dave Baudoin was there to see just how green things were getting.

“We were undefeated and only had 7 points scored against us the entire season.” How many can tell that story? HCTV's Manny Hill found a few who could at the Hastings 1948 legendary football team’s 60th Reunion at the Green Mill. Manny had "manny" great questions for this great legendary team.

Hastings Bridge Coalition
This meeting took place Monday, November 3rd. MnDOT staff members reviewed the most recent public open house. They report what feedback they heard from residents - areas of concern and their bridge design favorites. MnDOT also announces a new Visual Quality Team that will look more closely at the four alternative bridge types. Details on that team are discussed including who will be its members. This meeting is 50 minutes long. The next Bridge Coalition Meeting is Monday, January 12th.
