Join the Hastings Democracy Project
They are citizens in action, and you can be one of them. The Hastings Democracy Project is a non-partisan group of residents who seek ways to improve the city they are so proud of. Actions range from promoting “greener” habits to kicking off an arts community to simply seeking feedback from residents. If you have an idea, a concern or just 
want to help with an existing cause you are more than welcome to join. The Hastings Democracy Project meets the 3rd Tuesday of every month upstairs at the Levee Cafe at 7pm. For more information call Dick Graham at 651 / 437-8678.
New Community Theater Group
Community theater has returned to Hastings! If you have any thespian blood in you, or know something about the technical side of stage productions then this is your chance to contribute. Productions are already underway and more are planned for the future. Theater buffs of all ages and skill level are highly encouraged to participate. The only requirement is that you love theater.
